#1 Cochran ClubOne Rewards Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1A. Welcome
Welcome to #1 Cochran ClubOne Rewards ( “ClubOne Rewards”)— a program designed to reward you for your loyalty to #1 Cochran and its affiliated dealerships and service centers which operate under the “#1 COCHRAN” brand. These Terms and Conditions can help you understand and get the most from the ClubOne Rewards loyalty program (the “Program”).
By participating in and engaging with the Program, you agree to these Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) which govern the Program and your participation in the Program. These Terms define the rights and obligations of both Cochran Loyalty, LLC (referred to herein as “#1 Cochran”) (“Us”, "We”, “Our”) and participants (“You”, “Your”) in the Program. #1 Cochran reserves the right to change these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
Cochran Loyalty, LLC is a Pennsylvania corporation, and has an office at 4520 William Penn Hwy, Monroeville, PA 15146. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern these Terms.
1B. Program Overview
#1 Cochran ClubOne Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers when they purchase and service their vehicle at a participating #1 Cochran dealership.
Eligible participants who enroll in the Program (“Members”) can earn Program points (“Points”) by engaging in qualifying transactions such as purchasing qualifying goods or services from participating #1 Cochran dealerships.
All benefits and earnings in the Program are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and compliance with the membership rules, provided here and elsewhere at cochran.com
When you participate or engage in Program activities, such as enrolling as a Member, accessing your ClubOne Rewards account (“Account”) or redeeming Points, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms. In some instances, promotions or other activities may include additional terms that are supplemental to the Terms included here (“Additional Terms”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will apply.
It is Your responsibility to read Program materials and understand the rules and Terms prior to engaging in Program activities. Except as authorized in writing by an authorized employee of #1 Cochran, these Terms cannot be modified or superseded.
1C. Program Eligibility
The Program is open only to residents of the United States who are 16 years of age and older, have enrolled in the Program and have agreed to these Terms.
The Rewards Program is not targeted towards, nor is it intended for use by, anyone under the age of 16. Children under 16 may not participate in the Program. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you may only participate in the Program under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who also agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Only individuals may enroll — businesses are not eligible to participate in the Program. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Program and you do not need to purchase a vehicle from #1 Cochran to participate in the Program.
The Program is open to #1 Cochran employees, and to employees of #1 Cochran suppliers and to employees of other affiliated companies. Restrictions may apply to earning or redeeming Points, special offers and Point redemption depending upon their compatibility with other benefits received as employees or affiliates of #1 Cochran
#1 Cochran may change Program eligibility requirements at any time and reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership to any applicant, without notice, for any or no reason, in its sole discretion, including forfeiture of Points associated with any Member Account.
2. Conditions of use
2A. Enrollment and Accounts
2A-1. Enrollment
To become a Member, you can enroll at clubonerewards.cochran.com
You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact information, as well as for protecting and keeping secure your Account, cards on your Account, and any password or security questions used in connection with your Account.
By signing up to join the Program, you will automatically be subscribed to receive Program emails. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can request that they can be discontinued by updating your profile at clubonerewards.cochran.com or by calling (888) 432-1721.
2A-2. Privacy Policy
#1 Cochran takes your privacy seriously and is committed to safeguarding your privacy. As part of these Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to Our Privacy Policy.
2A-3. Account Ownership and Household Accounts
Members may invite up to four (4) additional household members to join their Account. An individual can be part of only one Household at a time. Household accounts are intended for groups of members who live at the same address to pool their points into a single balance for the purposes of both earning and redemption.
The first person to invite another member to join their household is the “Primary Account Holder” of the household account. This Primary Account Holder may remove Household Members from the household account at any time.
When you join a Household, all of the Points in your Account are pooled with the Points of all Members of the Household. Any Member of a Household may, at their sole discretion, redeem any of the Points in the Account, including points that were earned by other Members of the Household. Each Household Member is solely responsible for discussing the redemption of Points with the other Household Members. We accept no liability for any losses suffered by a Household Member as a result of another Household Member’s redemption of Points.
If a Household Member wishes to establish their own Account, they can leave the Household on the ClubOne Rewards website. Points and other benefits earned in the Program will remain with the Household account under which they were earned, and cannot be divided or transferred to a Household Member upon leaving the Account
2B. ClubOne Rewards Program Account Termination and Deactivation
If a Member violates the Terms of the Program (as outlined in section 2D — Prohibited Actions), the Member’s Account may be terminated by #1 Cochran immediately without prior notice. Upon termination of an Account, all Points and Program benefits may be immediately forfeited by all Members of the terminated Account.
You may also choose to deactivate your Account by contacting customer service at (888) 432-1721 or by sending an email to clubonerewards@cochran.com. Once an Account is deactivated you will no longer have access to your Account, no Points will accumulate on future eligible transactions, and any accumulated Points will be considered forfeited.
2C. Prohibited Actions
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Program. We reserve the right to, at the sole discretion of #1 Cochran and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Program for breach of these Terms. If an Account is terminated or suspended for any reason, the Primary Account Holder as well as all Household Members attached to the Account are prohibited from registering and creating new Accounts under their names, fake or borrowed names, or the names of any third party, even if they may be acting on behalf of the third party.
Each Member is responsible for creating a secure Account, including a secure password that is not shared with others. #1 Cochran is not liable for improper access to or unauthorized changes to an Account. If you become aware of any fraudulent or unauthorized activity on your Account, you must immediately report the fraudulent or unauthorized activity to #1 Cochran along with any relevant information. #1 Cochran reserves the right to deactivate any Account where it believes in its sole discretion that fraudulent or unauthorized activity or access has occurred.
As a Member in the Program, you agree not to:
- Trick, defraud, or mislead Us or other users to access sensitive Account information such as user passwords.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Program, including features that prevent or restrict the use of the Program.
- Use any information obtained from the Program in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Make improper use of our ClubOne Rewards support services.
- Use the Program in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Program.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Program or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Program.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism; including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1x1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms”).
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Program or the networks or services connected to the Program.
- Harass, intimidate, or threaten any employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Program.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Program designed to prevent or restrict access to the Program, or any portion of the Program.
- Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Program.
- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases through the Program.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Program, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user Accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Use the Program as part of any effort to compete with #1 Cochran or otherwise use the Program or content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
- Sell, barter or otherwise transfer your Account, or any Points, rewards, coupons, vouchers or benefits associated with the Account. Improperly obtained Accounts, Points, rewards or other benefits will be void.

3. Earning and Redeeming Points
3A. Earning Points
To earn Points, you must be a Member with an active and valid Account. The email address you use to register for your ClubOne account must match the email address in your customer record at #1 Cochran.
Customers can earn points in one of 5 ways:
- 50 points per dollar spent on service at a #1 Cochran service center
- Referring another member to purchase or lease a vehicle from #1 Cochran (50,000 points)
- 20 Points for each gallon of fuel purchased from ClubOne Rewards partner Sheetz (requires linking of accounts, for more information about Sheetz partner benefits see section 5B
- Completing the terms of a promotion
- At the discretion of #1 Cochran
Points earned at #1 Cochran participating locations will be deposited into an Account within 7 business days of the qualifying transaction. Certain activities, promotions or third-party earning may require additional time to validate the transactions and to post any Points earned. Points cannot be redeemed before they post to your Account.
Points can be earned for the purchase of eligible service, parts and accessories from participating #1 Cochran dealerships. #1 Cochran may also offer additional promotional earning opportunities.
Members do not earn Points on discounts, rebates, or credits to the extent the price was reduced by the use of a coupon. Members will also not earn points on Parts purchases made from Parts by Cochran, the Cochran Parts Warehouse or the Cochran Parts counter. If you return or exchange an item for which you earned Points, We may deduct Points from your Account up to the number of Points you originally received for that purchase.
To earn referral points, both the referrer and referee must be members of ClubOne Rewards. The referred customer purchasing a vehicle must inform their Sales Advisor that they were referred by another ClubOne member prior to the purchase or lease of their vehicle.
Points are not transferrable. Points cannot be sold, bartered, brokered, purchased or otherwise transferred without the express written consent of #1 Cochran. #1 Cochran is not responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to use and redemption of Points.
Points do not have any cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. Points represent a Member’s activities in the Program and are not the property of the owner.
Any errors or omissions on transactions that affect your Account Points balance must be reported within 15 days after the eligible transaction. Without necessary documentation, it may not be possible to award or adjust Points. Keep receipts and other documentation until Points are credited to your Account.
3B. Redeeming Points
Members can redeem Points toward purchase credit in $5 increments ($5, $10, $15, $20, etc.) toward qualifying service, parts and accessories purchases at participating #1 Cochran dealerships. Members may also redeem their entire balance toward a new or used vehicle. Members may not redeem Points for standalone F&I products, Parts purchases with Parts by Cochran, the Cochran Parts Warehouse or the Parts counter.
When redeeming for service and parts, Members must redeem at least 5,000 points ($5) and may redeem higher amounts in 5,000 point increments. In other words, a Member may redeem 10,000 points for a $10 credit, 15,000 points for a $15 credit, and so on.
If the Member wishes to redeem an amount that is greater than the value of their transaction, they will forfeit the full value of the redeemed Points. For example, if a Member wishes to redeem 40,000 Points ($40) for a $38 transaction, the remaining $2 in redemption value is forfeited.
The redemption rate of Points to reward credit is 5,000 Points per $5 in redemption value. The valuation of Points and minimum redemption threshold may change without notice at the discretion of #1 Cochran.
3C. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes
As part of the Program, limited-time promotions, contests, or sweepstakes (“Program Offerings”) may be offered. Each Program Offering is subject to its own rules that will be detailed with each offering. You agree not to manipulate, corrupt, or otherwise affect the outcome of any such promotions, or post, upload, transmit, send, or otherwise make available on or through the services any content that may or is intended to enable, authorize, instruct, encourage, assist, suggest, inform, or promote activities that may subvert or not comply with the rules, restrictions, and/or limitations applicable to such Program Offerings.
3D. Point Expiration
Points expire after the Account has no Eligible Activity for more than 24 months. Eligible Activities include purchasing or leasing a vehicle from #1 Cochran, earning or redeeming Points, or updating your Account profile. Both Primary Account Holder and Household Member activities qualify as Eligible Activity.
4. ClubOne Rewards Program Benefits
4A. #1 Cochran Program Benefits Overview
In addition to the ability to earn and redeem points, every registered Household Member receives the following benefits:
- Free Annual State Safety Inspections
- 5% Body by Cochran Discount up to $500
- Extra $500 Vehicle Trade-in Credit when You obtain all manufacturer-recommended service for your Vehicle with #1 Cochran
4B. Free Annual State Inspections
All Members receive one free Pennsylvania safety inspection each calendar year per VIN. If the Vehicle does not pass the safety inspection, the Member must pay for any subsequent reinspection. If the Vehicle is registered in a county where emissions tests are also required, the Member must pay for this portion of the service
4C. Up to $500 Body By Cochran Discount
All Members save 5% on invoices up to $500 for each incident for collision services conducted by Body by Cochran.
In order to receive the 5% discount (up to a maximum value of $500), you must be a Body by Cochran VIP Perk (or ClubOne) member prior to your appointment.
To redeem the offer, you must inform the Service Advisor that you are a member ofClubOne Rewards at the time of your appointment in order to initiate the discount.
This offer must be applied at the point of sale and cannot be applied retroactively.
The discount is not exchangeable for cash or future credits is non-transferable and can only be applied to current invoice.
The discount is 5% off, up to a maximum value of $500 per invoice/incident (some exclusions may apply).
This offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer(s).
4D. $500 off New Vehicle with Trade-in
All Members receive an additional $500 at trade-in if all manufacturer recommended maintenance on that vehicle was done at a #1 Cochran dealership.
5. Partner Rewards
Members are eligible for special benefits and savings with #1 Cochran partners.
5A. Car Rental Benefit
Members can access special members-only discounts on car rentals through ClubOne Rewards partner Hertz Global Holdings Inc. In order to receive these benefits, members must enroll in a free Hertz Gold Plus Rewards account and enter the appropriate CDP code in their profile. More information about how to access this benefit can be found at clubonerewards.cochran.com.
5B. MySheetz Rewardz Benefit
As part of a Linked Loyalty Program Agreement with Sheetz, Inc. (“Sheetz”), Members may link their ClubOne Account to a My Sheetz Rewardz Account for fuel discounts and earning Points (“Linked Members”) by logging into their ClubOne rewards account at clubonerewards.cochran.com and following the instructions to link accounts. It may take up to 30 days to link your accounts and get access to the benefits below.
Members who link their ClubOne Account to their MySheetz Rewardz Account will receive the following benefits:
- 5 cent/gallon fuel discount (3 cents from Sheetz and 2 cents from ClubOne Rewards)
- $5 OFF Every Pro-Finish Wash (limit one (1) per week)
- 20 ClubOne points per Sheetz gallon pumped
- $1 self-serve coffee refills (limit one (1) per day)
The Sheetz fuel and car wash discounts are subject to the MySheetz Rewardz Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.sheetz.com/terms-and-conditions.
ClubOne Points for fuel purchases will be awarded to Members within 30 days of the fuel purchase. Households can earn a maximum of 5,000 ClubOne points in any 30-day period via the purchase of gallons of fuel at Sheetz.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
Unless otherwise indicated, the Program is Our proprietary property and all names, logos, designs, images, copy, structure, functionality, databases, and all other representations of the Program are owned and controlled by #1 Cochran or licensed to Us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States. The representations of the Program are provided for your information and personal use only. No part of the Program may be copied, reproduced, republished, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without Our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to participate in the Program, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Program and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Program representations to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other unauthorized person with access to any part of the Program website in breach of the Terms of Use, your right to participate in the Program will stop immediately and you must, at Our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in or to the Program or any content related to the Program is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by #1 Cochran. Any use of the Program not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7. Corrections
There may be information in the Program that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any of these errors and to change and update the information in the Program at any time, without prior notice.
8. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any or no reason. Any changes or modifications to these Terms will be effective immediately. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in the Program following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop accessing and participating in the Program. We may request your acknowledgment of the updated Terms & Conditions for continued use of the Program.
We reserve the right to sell or transfer all or part of the Program to a related company or to a third party, to merge with another entity or to engage in any form of corporate, reorganization or financing transaction. In addition, the manner in which the Program is provided to you and the organizations providing offers in connection with the Program may change.
#1 Cochran reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program in its entirety, effectively cancelling all customer Accounts. In this event, We will provide proper notice of the termination of the Program to all Account holders no later than 30 days prior to termination.
You may not access or use the Program for any purpose other than that for which We make the Program available. The Program may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
We reserve the right to withdraw or temporarily change or suspend all or part of the Program in any way, in the event of a material error, omission, technical problem, computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Our reasonable control that interferes with the proper conduct of any aspect of the Program as set out in these Terms. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program in any way (as We may determine in Our sole discretion) could be a violation of criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made. We reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless #1 Cochran, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your participation in the Program; including, but not limited to, any use of the Program’s content and services, other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
10A. Warranty Disclaimer
YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, USE OF ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PROGRAM, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER #1 COCHRAN NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH #1 COCHRAN MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PROGRAM AND ITS SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, #1 COCHRAN HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE; INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
10B. Limitation of Liability
You release #1 Cochran and its affiliates from all liability regarding the earning, redemption, and use of Points, including any product, service or reward redeemed with Points that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed. If any third-party Program partner improperly denies any Member any benefit they are entitled to under the Program, the liability of #1 Cochran is limited to the fair market value of the denied benefit as determined by #1 Cochran.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL #1 COCHRAN, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN, OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN, THE PROGRAM, THE REDEMPTION AND USE OR MISUSE OF ANY ITEM OBTAINED THROUGH THE REDEMPTION OF CLUBONE™ POINTS, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE PROGRAM, OR ANY CONTENT FOR THE PROGRAM OR RELATED WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE. IF, DESPITE THE FOREGOING, #1 COCHRAN IS REQUIRED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO PAY ANY DAMAGES TO YOU, YOU AGREE THAT SUCH DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.
You acknowledge and agree that certain benefits of the Program are provided by third parties including rental cars, fuel, etc. You further acknowledge and agree that you may not hold #1 Cochran liable for any liabilities, damages or other harm to your person or property incurred as the result of a third party’s (other than a corporate affiliate of #1 Cochran) actions or incurred at a third party’s facility. You agree to release #1 Cochran from all such claims.
11. Miscellaneous
11A. Severability and Survival
Except as otherwise provided herein, if any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision or part of the provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
11B. Waiver
Our failure to exercise any of Our rights, powers or remedies in these Terms and Conditions or at law, or any delay in doing so, does not constitute a waiver of those rights, powers or remedies. The single or partial exercise of a right, power or remedy does not prevent its subsequent exercise or the exercise of any right, power or remedy.
11C. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal laws applicable in Pennsylvania, without reference to conflict of laws provisions. Either You or We may elect to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or participation in the Program, including but not limited to the arbitrability of any claim, and any and all disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Pennsylvania law.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Program that cannot be resolved by arbitration shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in each case located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
11D. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and #1 Cochran regarding the Program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Program.
